Pricing

Real costs of employing a member of staff in England are roughly 1.4 times their salary. This factors NICs, pension, employers liability insurance, equipment, training and PAYE costs. Meaning an employee on minimum wage, working 30 hours per week, real cost to the business is roughly £25,935.
